2. Hosting and Access Data

When you visit this website, the hosting provider processes server log data (for example IP address, date and time, requested page, user agent, referrer). This processing is necessary for secure and stable operation of the website (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interests).

If a hosting provider acts as processor, processing is based on Art. 28 GDPR data processing agreements.

3. Cookies, Local Storage and Third-Party Resources

This website does not set cookies. It loads no third-party resources: fonts, images and video are served from this website’s own domain, so no data is transmitted to any external provider when you visit.

Local storage is used for one purpose only: to remember that you dismissed the privacy notice, so that it is not shown to you again.

No consent is required for this and no consent banner is shown (section 25(2) TTDSG).

4. Contact by Email

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide to handle your request. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual or contractual communication) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in communication).

5. No Active Analytics or Marketing Tools

At present, this site does not actively load third-party analytics or marketing services. If this changes, this policy and the consent mechanism will be updated before activation.

6. Retention Periods

Server log retention is defined by the hosting environment. Email communication data is stored only as long as needed to process requests and meet legal retention obligations.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have rights to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21). You can also withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).

8. Right to Lodge a Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR).

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes.
